Water! Drink Water

...and drink water

Drinking water at the correct time of day maximizes its effectiveness. Drinking two glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs. One glass of water taken thirty minutes before a meal aids digestion. One glass of water before taking a bath or a shower helps lower blood pressure. One glass of water before going to bed lessens the possibility of stroke or heart attack. No amount of moisturizer will replace a well hydrated skin by drinking. Drink water regularly.
